They are very professional, successful, and put together. Dustin and his team has a system in place to produce a successful experience from the beginning to the end. I look forward to many future projects with this company.Wendy Liscombe6 years agoI spent $38,000 for the design of an Oakridge 24 Barn kit. The plans DC sent me neither passed my Town’s building or fire codes. I now have spent another $25,000 resdigning the building so I could get a building permit. As well as costing me $38,000 it also delayed my project by 4 months. DC’s reaction - too bad you are being bullied by your building inspector, don’t talk to him.To add to the bad news I have now been informed that the engineering process DC uses to get its plans approved has been investigated by the State of NY which found misconduct and is taking disciplinary action. The only good news to come out of this disaster is that I used a local building contractor to source my materials and I am getting a much better structure at a lower costZachary Petersen6 years agoBeautiful buildings with all the flexibility you need.
