I can’t say enough good things about the service at Hearthstone. I bought a 25 year old Hearthstone home several years ago and have been doing significant additions and remodels to the home. First of all, the home is very well built but most impressive is their willingness to jump on the phone, review pictures and plans and give guidance on what we can do to the home. And I didn’t even buy it from them. Truly amazing customer service. Thank you Hearthstone.

I was referred here by one of their sub-contractors (Reggie Allen Design). The work they done for me was absolutely amazing. I saw a lot of their designs from their social media. I was fortunate enough to meet the one in charge of their social media (Hannah). Overall, if you are looking for a prestigious product, look no further then Hearthstone!

My husband and I had a small order for 2 beams and a mantle. The sales guy that sold me the product left the company and no one bothered to tell me until I called asking why it was taking so long. Finally the product was complete and we went to pick up our items and the sales guy was extremely rude and acted like he was bothered that we were even there to pick up our items. They must only care about large orders because I definitely did not feel like a valued customer!

Extremely frustrating to work with. We signed the contract and gave a $100000 deposit in April 2016 to expidite the construction. 2 years and seven months later we still do not have a completion date. It took them over a year to get the roof on leaving the framing and subfloor in the elements for over a year. They are slow, messy and unorginized.The general contractor is mountain timber structures, Carmen Caprio. He is in the same office as hearthstone and according to your website hearthstone created mountain timber structures to do turn key construction of timber frames. I have called the hearthstone office many times and been transferred to Carmen's desk. Please advise on your working relationship with MTS.Update November 29, 2018Not sure who told you we where happy with the timber package it was not me and we have never met. Your failure to deliver the timbers on time resulted in our house sitting without a roof for a year. As far as the joinery and finish we are not happy at all. It's mostly butt joints with big gaps in the timbers. Our plans called for a 30 ft free span and you did not make the beam right so they had to put a 4x4 under it to keep it from sagging. Now the 4x4 is bowing and in the way since it was not in the plan. Overall the package was below average and a year lateMTS stopped work and refuses to finish the paint job they have been dragging out for two years. They fired the plumber who's license is on the building permit and had the carpenter doing the plumbing.Going into fourth year of construction with no completion date in site.

Tried and tried to contact them on a new home purchase. They say their open till 9 and are not . Couldn't get anyone on the phone to set a appointment. Very disappointing

Hearthstone did an addition project for me, and I could not be more pleased with their product and their level of professionalism, expertise and service.

We built our Hearthstone Log Home in 1986 and have enjoyed every inch of it these past 31 years! The interior logs and chinking look the same as they did when first finished 31 years ago. Just now needing to do a little maintenance on the exterior logs and chinking...to see us through the next 30+ years. We are sure this house will be standing long after that! Great company to work with and the product truly is the best in the industry!
